Your retail order can take as little as 1 to 2 days for us to process. Wholesale orders 5 to 10 days. We will keep you up to date with notifications, you will never be left wondering where your order is up to. Once your order has been processed we will proceed to shipping. You receive a shipping email that confirms your postage tracking number/s.
We post our items by standard shipping with Australia Post within Australia unless otherwise requested.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Before our beautiful crystal stones leave us we check them for quality and defects. As crystals and stones are natural it is perfectly normal to notice some imperfections and slight colour difference. However if your items did not make it safely to you in good condition, please contact us to arrange return of the product and or replacement of your unworn item, in the condition it arrived to you. Please do this within 30 days of delivery to you. Shipping costs for returning items must be arranged by you. If the item has been worn or tampered with, you will not receive a store credit. This will be established upon receipt of your returned product. You should expect to receive your store credit for the cost of purchase only within 3 days of us receiving your returned product in the correct condition. This time period does not includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (usually 5 to 10 business days).
